You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Professionals must accurately represent their skills, services, and availability.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Do not harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Do not use the platform for illegal activities
• Do not attempt to circumvent platform fees or policies
• Do not scrape, spam, or disrupt platform operations

4. Transactions Between Users

Pricing, scheduling, and payment are arranged directly between customers and professionals unless otherwise stated. WorkByClick does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Users should exercise judgment when hiring or accepting work.

5. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies or appear fraudulent.

6. Professional Subscriptions

Paid plans for professionals are subject to the pricing and features displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription terms, including cancellation, are described on the subscription page and may be updated with notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

WorkByClick is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users or from services performed outside our direct control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time by closing your account or ceasing use.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.
